Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Project Execution:

Manage and supervise all on-site activities for architectural, interior fit-out, and workspace projects. Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and company standards. Coordinate daily site operations to ensure timely completion of project milestones. Monitor project progress and proactively address site challenges and delays.

Contractor & Vendor Coordination:

Supervise contractors, subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency. Coordinate the delivery and installation of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Monitor workforce productivity and ensure adherence to project schedules. Verify completed work before approval and payment recommendations. Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Identify defects, non-conformities, and construction issues and ensure timely resolution. Ensure all installations and finishes meet the company’s quality expectations and client requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Building Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in: Site Management Interior Fit-Out Projects Workspace and Office Fit-Out Projects Construction Supervision Project Site Coordination Experience managing commercial and workplace interior projects is highly preferred. Strong understanding of construction methods, interior finishes, and site operations. Must reside in Lagos.
