SUPERVISOR

Oversee daily scheduling, personnel deployment, pre-job training, and performance appraisals for the logistics operations team; manage attendance, discipline, and task allocation to boost overall team productivity.

Coordinate the end-to-end logistics process—including air and sea (FCL/LCL) booking, trucking, customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery—while strictly managing cut-off times and schedules to prevent delays and operational errors.

Liaise with local clients and overseas agents in Indonesia; handle booking inquiries, shipment tracking, exception resolution, delay claims, and customer complaints while maintaining strong client relationships.

Compile daily/weekly operational data (shipment volumes, on-time performance, exception rates) and generate reports to meet company KPIs and continuously optimize workflows.

Supervise warehouse activities—including inbound/outbound processing, stocktaking, packing, labeling, and inventory record management—to ensure a tidy facility, proper cargo organization, and accurate inventory reconciliation.

Strictly adhere to logistics operating procedures and safety protocols; implement site safety measures, equipment maintenance, and safe work practices to mitigate operational risks.

Proactively identify process gaps and inefficiencies; develop optimization plans to reduce operating costs and minimize error and complaint rates.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• Able to lift/move objects weighing 20–30 kg
• Willing to work any shift
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Physical stamina to stand for the duration of a shift
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Works well both in a team and on individual tasks
• Available to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
