Store Supervisor / Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude. Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance to drive sales. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer enquiries, returns, exchanges, and complaints. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Support inventory checks, restocking, and product displays. Ensure other store staff complete their assigned duties. Create and assist with Instagram Reels, TikToks, and other product content.

Requirements:

HND or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. A positive, customer-focused, and sales-oriented attitude. Good presentation and professional appearance. Basic computer and administrative skills. Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, and creating short-form content. Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently. Ability to work Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
