Senior E-Commerce Operation Specialist

1. E-Commerce Operations

-Manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. -Ensure accurate product listings, promotions, and store performance. -Coordinate inventory, order fulfillment, returns, and warehouse operations. -Oversee customer service quality and improve customer satisfaction.

1. Sales Strategy & Campaign Management

-Develop strategies to drive sales, traffic, and conversion growth. -Plan and execute campaigns, mega sales, promotions, and ads. -Optimize product content (SEO, images, videos, and descriptions). -Coordinate with internal teams and platform Account Managers.

1. Live Streaming Management

-Manage live streaming operations and team performance. -Coordinate with MCs and Live Operators to maximize engagement and sales. -Oversee live schedules, promotions, and stock availability during live sessions.

1. Reporting & Performance Analysis

-Monitor key metrics such as Sales, Traffic, Conversion Rate, and AOV. -Analyze performance and provide actionable insights. Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign performance reports. -Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Qualifications: Any gender , age not over 35 years. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, specifically managing Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Proficiency in navigating e-commerce platform seller centers, backend systems, and built-in analytics tools. Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into data-driven strategies. Deep understanding of e-commerce strategies, online marketing, sales funnels, inventory management, and fulfillment processes. Highly organized, proactive, results-oriented, and a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both Thai and English.
