  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar video editing software.
  • Good understanding of video composition, lighting, pacing, storytelling and social-first editing.
  • Comfortable handling smaller-scale productions independently without relying on a large production crew.
  • Able to contribute creative ideas and translate content briefs into engaging videos.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and current social media trends.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted video production and generative AI tools, with a willingness to experiment and learn.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative, resourceful, adaptable and proactive in finding solutions.

  • Experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software.
  • Photography and basic photo-editing skills.
  • Experience producing content for different brands and industries.
  • Hands-on experience combining AI-generated visuals with filmed footage.
  • Experience with larger commercial shoots or external production partners.
  • Chinese-language proficiency for projects involving Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
