Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely posting of financial transactions.

Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial reports, and reconciliations.

Assist in monitoring suppliers’ costs, marketing expenses, and cost allocation processes.

Send statements and account reconciliations to clients.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.

Assist with internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities

Conduct daily payment follow-up calls and email reminders in line with assigned targets.

Maintain accurate records of client communications and collection activities.

Follow up on overdue invoices and secure payment from clients.

Escalate long-outstanding accounts to the Finance Manager where necessary.

Assist in updating accounts receivable reports and aging schedules.

Prepare daily and weekly collection status reports.

Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and documentation.

Support bank reconciliations and other basic finance operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Perform any other finance and administrative duties assigned by management.

  Qualifications & Requirements

At least CPA Intermediate level or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.

Ability to professionally handle outboard calls to customers and email correspondence.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
