Now Hiring: Call Center Agents – Night Shift We are currently hiring for multiple roles within our call center team, including Frontline, Back Office and Billing positions.  Job Responsibilities  Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat   Coordinate with internal departments to ensure clients’ needs are handled efficiently   Salary & Benefits   30,000 EGP Gross Salary  17,000 EGP Net Salary   3,000 EGP Transportation Allowance   Performance Bonus (simple to achieve and based on daily performance)   2 weeks of paid training   Social and medical insurance   Gym access   Clear career path and growth opportunities   Salary increases:  10% after 6 months  15% after 1 year   Bank debit card issued starting from the first month   Working Hours   Fixed night shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM   5 working days per week (Monday – Friday)   2 days off per week   1-hour lunch break Overtime is available for productive employees for additional income. 

Requirements   Egyptian nationals only   Males only   Open to graduates, undergraduates, dropouts, and gap-year candidates   All universities are accepted   English proficiency: B2+ to C1   Ability to commit for at least 6 months
