Intern KOL Specialist (Onsite BATAM)

Responsibilities

• Find and onboard KOLs, creators, and media that align with Mecoo's values.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, agencies, and partners.
• Manage communications and collaborations between the brand and external talents.
• Execute KOL strategies for product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Handle negotiations, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports and recommendations.
• Work closely with the Brand, Marketing, and Creative teams.
• Stay updated on social trends, creators, and opportunities in the luxury and lifestyle industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL, Influencer Marketing, PR, Partnerships, or Community Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Passionate about home living, home cooking, and kitchenware, etc
• Familiar with social media platforms and influencer trends.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
