Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and skilled Ice Machine Technician to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial ice machines, ensuring optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial ice machines to ensure proper operation Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to reduce equipment downtime Diagnose faults in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and water systems to identify root causes Attend service calls at customer locations and resolve equipment issues efficiently Conduct testing and commissioning of ice machines to verify functionality and compliance Prepare detailed service reports and provide feedback on equipment conditions for continuous improvement Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to maintain strong service relationships Travel to various customer sites to perform maintenance and repairs as required Execute other technical duties assigned by the supervisor to support team operations Required competencies and certifications Experience servicing ice machines, refrigeration, HVAC, kitchen equipment, or similar machinery Knowledge of commercial ice machines and their operation to perform effective maintenance and repairs Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems to resolve faults Ability to drive a company vehicle to customer sites safely and reliably Preferred competencies and qualifications Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence (preferred, not mandatory) Other Information Working Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time
