Job Responsibilities
- Drive the development and refinement of short and long-term corporate goals, strategic priorities and plans
- Develop and oversee strategic performance metrics and monitoring frameworks to support organizational goals
- Manage the annual Institution-wide Workplan Cycle, including strategic focus setting, stakeholder engagement, review of department plans, meeting support, and follow-up on high-priority initiatives
- Collaborate with clinical leads to support development of clinical services strategy, priorities and plans
