Fulfilment & Logistics Lead

Responsibilities:

Assign fulfillment tasks and supervise daily execution. Coordinate deliveries (both intrastate and interstate). Schedule product installations within Lagos. Manage high-standard packaging and crating processes. Handle returns, exchanges, and claims with third-party logistics vendors. Coordinate inventory and stock movement from the warehouse to the showroom. Oversee showroom pickups and final customer handovers. Submit structured weekly fulfillment reports to the Operations Manager. Manage strategic vendor relationships for regional deliveries and packaging materials. Ensure customer orders are fulfilled seamlessly without delays or damage.

Requirements:

A minimum of an HND in a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience
