About the Role As a Plastics Extrusion Specialist, you will drive the efficiency of our manufacturing line by overseeing complex blow-molding operations. Your technical expertise will ensure consistent product output while maintaining high standards of quality and operational safety.

Responsibilities Configure and calibrate blow-molding equipment to meet precise production requirements.

Optimize machine performance to maximize throughput and minimize material waste.

Perform proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting to reduce equipment downtime.

Execute rigorous quality control inspections to ensure all finished goods meet specifications.

Utilize screen printing and silk-screening techniques to finalize product aesthetics.

Maintain detailed production logs to track performance metrics and quality outcomes.

Foster a collaborative environment by coordinating with floor staff to hit daily production targets.

Uphold a high standard of workplace organization and safety compliance.

Qualifications Required Skills

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Demonstrated experience in blow-molding operations or industrial plastics manufacturing.

Strong mechanical aptitude with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve machinery issues.

Proficiency in reading technical schematics and manufacturing documentation.
