Project Civil Engineer

About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a landscaping and water feature contractor for an experienced Project Civil Engineer to oversee the execution of swimming pool, water feature, and hard landscaping projects.

This role is ideal for a hands-on-site professional with strong technical expertise in RCC works, waterproofing, pool construction, and associated MEP systems. This role will be based in Dubai / Ajman, UAE where their project site is located.

About You

• Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and report on site activities to ensure successful project delivery. Manage day-to-day construction activities for swimming pools, water features, and hard landscaping projects
• Execute and supervise: RCC works, Waterproofing works, Pool shell construction, Retaining walls, Kerbs and interlocks, Paving works, Stone cladding, and Hard landscape installations
• Coordinate and supervise MEP installations related to swimming pool and water feature systems
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and adherence to project specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements on site
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in: Swimming pool construction, Water feature projects, Hard landscaping works
• Excellent understanding of site management principles, including planning, supervision, coordination, and reporting. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory
