ManpowerGroup Greece ,on behalf of Lamda Leisure S.A. , a leading company in the field of real estate development, investment, and management in Greece, is seeking for an Guest Experience Advisor . đ Location : Designer Outlet, Spata đ Working Model : On site, rotation shifts (Monday to Sunday) đïž You will be reporting to : Center Manager What you will do : As a Guest Experience Advisor , you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, providing information and support to visitors, and contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere. More specifically: Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy Provide information about stores, services, and promotional activities Handle visitor requests, complaints, and inquiries effectively Manage customer service utilities (chargers, strollers etc.) Support marketing and promotional campaigns within the center Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures Collaborate with store operators for updates and reporting Assist in lost & found procedures and gift voucher transactions What we are looking for : Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills Excellent command of English Reliability, professionalism, and customer-oriented mindset Ability to work in shifts, and on weekends đ Compensation package and Benefits: âïž Competitive compensation package đĄïž Private Insurance đ Pension Plan đ Continuous training on innovative products and solutions
