BOI Specialist

1. To maintain Import job smoothly by following BOI regulations in order to receive maximum privileges related to BOI and Excise
2. Confirm parts or materials list in BOI Privilege for importing process
3. Proceed machine list and get approval for machines and equipment import.
4. Maintain proper procedures of waste and scrap based on BOI's regulation
5. Raw material write-off and transfer of return rights to the vendor process
6. Extend period for import raw materials
7. Control BOI project such as applying for full operation license, renew, closed project
8. Manage parts and carry out activities concerned with Excise
9. Monitoring Procedure/Approval/Revise requisition for Raw Material list, Max stocks, Re-export machines for return and repair activities
10. Able to work under pressure on his/her own

Qualifications: Gender : Any Age : 30 - 35 yrs Bachelor Degree in any related fields - main focused in experience To achieve Department goal by fixed timeline Handling the permission in eMT and RMTS system Have strong connection in order to coordinate with Thai Government - BOI, Excise and any other related department. To work in cooperation with relevant sections to satisfy BOI , Import issues Professional in Microsoft Office : Excel, Digital Tooling English Proficiency
