Product Manager (m/f/d) – MAICO Diagnostics ( asap // unlimited contract // 40h/week)

You will become part of an international and dynamic Product Management environment at MAICO in Berlin, working closely with three other Product Managers. The team is characterized by professionalism, collaboration, and a shared ambition to successfully position innovative and high-quality hearing diagnostic solutions in the global market.

Areas of responsibility:

Your impact as a Product Manager at MAICO

In this role, you will join our Product Management team in Berlin alongside three other colleagues. You will be responsible for the strategic development of our hearing diagnostics product portfolio and manage products throughout their entire lifecycle – from market analysis to successful positioning in international markets.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across R&D, Sales, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Customer Support to translate market requirements into innovative and customer-focused product solutions. Your work will directly contribute to MAICO’s growth, innovation, and international competitiveness.

Your responsibilities

Lead the initiation of new products and manage the full product lifecycle of existing solutions in audiometry, tympanometry, OAE, and ABR

Analyze customer and market needs through interviews, on-site visits, and third-level support activities

Develop customer-focused product strategies, including clear product positioning and value propositions

Support international product launches and marketing campaigns

Conduct market, trend, and competitive analyses to identify new opportunities and drive innovation

Deliver product training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer for internal teams, international partners, and end users

Attend international trade fairs, congresses, and industry events

Collaborate closely with international teams and stakeholders across the Demant organization

Your profile:

Degree or vocational training in business, engineering, audiology, or a related field – or equivalent professional experience

Initial practical experience in Product Management or hearing diagnostics is an advantage

Strong business mindset combined with a structured and proactive way of working

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly

Strong written and spoken English skills; German language skills are a plus

High level of customer focus, initiative, and collaborative spirit

Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with product management or CRM tools
