What We Are Looking For: Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher certification required

Experience in daycare, preschool, childcare, or as a paraprofessional

Passion for early childhood education and strong classroom management skills for active toddlers

Responsibilities: Lead a toddler classroom in a licensed daycare/preschool setting

Support social, emotional, and developmental milestones

Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities

Maintain a safe, clean, and structured childcare environment

Communicate effectively with families and team members

Follow all Massachusetts EEC and daycare licensing regulations
