CALL CENTER AGENT

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Agents (CSA) For our Vietnamese/American Customers to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide concierge-level customer support through both outbound and inbound calls, with a strong focus on member retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications Excellent bilingual communication skills (Vietnamese and English) Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to explain information clearly and professionally, especially to senior customers Experience in customer service, call center, healthcare, or member services is an advantage Comfortable handling both outbound and inbound calls Strong attention to detail and ability to manage customer information accurately
