Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations at an independently-owned pharmacy with a manageable daily script volume ? ideal for a pharmacist who values quality patient interactions over high-pressure script counts. This leadership role requires strong clinical knowledge and supervisory experience.

*Compensation:* $50?60/hr, depending on experience.

*Duties*

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory control, and staff supervision
• Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal pharmacy regulations and safety standards
• Provide expert guidance on medication administration and patient care protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy management
• Oversee the preparation and review of prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness
• Lead efforts to improve customer satisfaction

*Requirements*

• Valid Pharmacist license in Ontario, in good standing with OCP
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a registered Pharmacist in Canada
• Valid injection training and first aid certificate
• Excellent patient care skills with a focus on safety, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Proficiency in using Kroll computer software and in insurance billing
• Experience in expanded scope services including injection administration, medication reviews, and minor ailments prescribing
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry regulations and best practices
• English required; Farsi fluency an asset
• Outstanding customer service skills

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 ? 42.0 per week
