BIM Modeler/Technical Associate

Key Responsibilities

1. BIM & CAD Drafting:

Prepare and develop 2D and 3D models using CAD and Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements and timelines.

1. Regulatory Compliance:

Apply knowledge of local building regulations to ensure all drawings and models meet relevant compliance standards.

1. Technical Support:

Assist Senior Technical Associate(s) in project documentation, drawing production, and coordination tasks.

1. Government Submissions:

Facilitate the submission and collection of drawings and related documents to and from Government Authorities.

1. Drawing Preparation:

Assist in printing, organizing, and updating drawings for office reference, client presentations, or submission purposes.

1. Drawing Review:

Support Architects and Associates in reviewing submission and working drawings for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

Technical Skills

1. Software Proficiency:

Competent in CAD (AutoCAD) and BIM software (Revit).

1. Building Codes:

Working knowledge and practical application of local building regulations.

1. Detail-Oriented:

Strong attention to detail in technical drawing review and documentation.

Education and Experience

1. Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Building Design, or a related technical discipline.

1. Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting or BIM modelling preferred.

1. Software Skills:

Familiarity with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD required, knowledge of document control or project collaboration tools is an advantage.
