Assistant Supervisor

A Wellness & Beauty Company seeks a dedicated Assistant Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Reporting Function This role reports directly to the Supervisor. Job Description Deliver consistent, professional beauty & foot reflexology services. Maintain and uphold the highest standards of service. Assist in providing training to the new and existing staff for service quality. Assist in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the facilities, treatment rooms, and all other areas within the outlet. Assist in preparation of necessary treatment products and manage the replenishment of stock, including towels and other supplies. Assist in addressing customer inquiries and concerns in an efficient and professional manner. Follow and implement the instructions provided by the Supervisor. Requirements Possession of an ITEC, WSQ certificate, or equivalent massage certification is preferable. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays. Commitment to a 6-day work week. A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience. A positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
