The Role
- Scout, recruit, and sign talented live streamers to join our roster
- Manage and support your own team of streamers — from onboarding to ongoing guidance
- Coordinate schedules, campaigns, and brand collaborations for your talents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your streamers to help them grow
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and networking skills
- An eye for spotting potential in new talent
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Existing connections in the live streaming / social media space are a plus, but not required — we provide full training
