Receive and process customer inquiries.

Organize and coordinate international freight transportation.

Select and book appropriate means of transport.

Communicate with carriers, partners, and customers.

Monitor the entire order process, from the initial inquiry to final delivery.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of transportation documents.

Respond promptly to issues and ensure their effective resolution.

Provide customers with the necessary information regarding the progress of their shipments.

Cooperate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow organization.

Previous work experience; experience in logistics will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

Strong motivation to learn and develop professionally.

High level of responsibility and self-organization.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Effective time management and prioritization skills.

Ability to analyze problems and propose quick solutions.

Ability to work effectively in stressful situations.

Good command of Russian and English.

Basic knowledge of MS Office programs, particularly Excel.

Working Schedule

Monday–Friday 10:00–19:00
