WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Responsible to lead the warehouse team and oversee all daily operations — from receiving and storage to inventory control and dispatch. Ensure goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently, following food safety, hygiene, and company standards Keeping inventory records precise and losses minimal.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field At least with experience in grocery, retail, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is highly preferred Familiar with handling perishable goods, cold chain storage, and expiry management Knowledge of warehouse processes: receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns Strong understanding of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO principles, stock counting, and variance reconciliation Proficient in MS Excel, inventory software, and barcode scanners / handheld devices Good leadership, scheduling, and team management skills Attention to detail, organized, and able to work under pressure Basic knowledge of safety, sanitation, food safety, and local regulations (DTI, FDA, DOLE) Good communication and problem-solving skills
