Instructional Designer Freelance

Job Description:

• Create content outlines, storyboards, and detailed learning scripts for interactive modules, animation videos, and video shoots.
• Design end-to-end learning flow, including course structure, objectives, and user journey.
• Monitor product quality and revise materials based on feedback, testing, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with product development and client teams to ensure content is engaging and aligned with learning goals

Requirements:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Educational Technology or a related field.
• Familiar with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) concepts.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Docs and Google Slides).
• Basic experience in creating content outlines, storyboards, or learning content is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to structure content clearly.
• Able to join immediately and willing to work hybrid (WFH & WFO) at Look Media’s Workshop (Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta).
