Business Support Officer

Responsibilities:

Drive business growth, revenue, and client acquisition.

Identify and secure new clients, partnerships, and opportunities.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Oversee day-to-day caregiving and staffing operations.

Assess client needs and provide suitable care solutions.

Coordinate caregiver placements and monitor service quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, HR, Nursing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ business development experience, preferably in caregiving, healthcare, or recruitment. Practical caregiving experience is required. Experience coordinating caregivers or care services is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
