*THE REQUIREMENTS *

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Demonstrated competence in working with law firm software (e.g. Unity Accounting, Esilaw, Clio, Monday.com) or similar databases
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications
• An aptitude for effective communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Be comfortable with change and have the ability to adapt as needed
• Uphold a strong work ethic, good judgment, professional appearance, and a positive demeanor
• Ability to work independently
• Hold the ability to follow established office procedures
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• *Valid Driver's License and Vehicle required*

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
