Job Overview We are looking for an experienced landscaper with a great attitude and a strong work ethic. One who is reliable, can work in a fast paced environment, a team player and willing to deliver quality consistently as this is what we strive for with each customer. We have been operating for 20+ years and our clients are primarily in Surrey, White Rock and Langley. We maintain yards for residential clients, strata complexes and commercial buildings.

This position will begin as a landscape laborer however, we are also in need of a supervisor role where we plan to promote from within if the abilities are proven.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Weeding garden beds
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Pruning and trimming hedges.
• Occasional collaboration with other teams on hardscape/softscape jobs.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including digging and lifting 50+ pounds and able to maintain high levels of cardio.
• *Valid BC driver's license and a reliable vehicle* to meet team members.
• Must have a smart phone with a data plan.
• Reliable, hardworking and a team player.
• Must have your own Steel-toed boots and appropriate work attire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
