What You’ll Be Doing Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and attend job briefings Source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our internal database Engage candidates with confidence and authenticity to deliver a great experience Qualify talent effectively using our proven best-in-class processes Map out candidate markets—analyze team structures, competition, and talent pools Guide candidates seamlessly through the recruitment process Work closely with experienced account managers and a supportive sales team
What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) Skilled in candidate sourcing across multiple platforms High-energy, positive and dedicated Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Motivated by success and achieving goals Eager to learn, grow, and push beyond your comfort zone Minimum bachelor’s degree is a must, preferably from a local top 3 University or a top international University.
