dietary aide

_Little Lambs Daycare is looking for a dietary aide to join our team. The dietary aide is responsible for planning, preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks for children in accordance with dietary regulations, food safety regulations, and any allergy or special dietary requirements. _

_Key Responsiblities:_

• _Plan and prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks._
• _Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment._
• _Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures._
• _Manage inventory, grocery shop, and track food supplies._
• _Adapt menus for children with allergies and dietary restrictions._
• _Maintain records of menus, food temperatures and cleaning schedules._
• _Ensure compliance with local public health and daycare regulations._

_Qualifications:_

• _Food Handler?s certificate (required)_
• _Experience cooking in a childcare (preferred)_
• _Knowledge of child nutrition and allergy awareness_
• _Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently_
