We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Finance Manager to lead the controllership and financial operations of our two studentcare centres. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day coreaccounting functions while actively driving our finance transformation journeyto modernise systems, strengthen internal controls, and implement automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Controllership: Manage full-spectrum coreaccounting functions including Accounts Receivable (AR) for student fees,Accounts Payable (AP) for vendors, and General Ledger (GL) maintenance.
• ⁠Closing & Reporting:Oversee accurate month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting,budgeting, and cash flow management.
• ⁠Process Optimisation: Reviewexisting workflows to eliminate manual inefficiencies and modernise financialoperations.
• ⁠Systems Transformation: Leadthe selection, migration, and implementation of automated accounting softwareand student billing systems.
• ⁠Internal Controls: Design andexecute robust internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensureregulatory compliance across both locations.
• ⁠Automation: Streamline feecollection, invoicing, and vendor payments through digital solutions.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, orprofessional qualifications such as CA (Singapore) or ACCA.
• ⁠Experience: Minimum of 5 yearsof relevant experience in accounting, controllership (AR/AP/GL), and financialmanagement.
• ⁠Transformation Track Record:Proven experience in upgrading legacy software, automating manual tasks, orrefining internal controls is highly preferred.
• ⁠Industry Knowledge: Priorexperience in the education, student care, or enrichment sector is a strongadvantage.
• ⁠Attributes: Strong analyticalmindset, proactive problem-solver, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
