Legal Counsel

Main responsibility:

• Serve as in-house legal adviser to the ACCIONA-VINCI Joint Venture on Package XL-02 and report to the Contracts Manager and Project Director.
• Interpret the Contract, amendments, Dispute Board decisions and applicable Vietnamese law for project decisions and correspondence.

• Experience: Atleast 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Construction and infrastructure contracts, preferably international design-build or DBO projects.
• Strong contract drafting, legal analysis, negotiation and evidence-led correspondence skills.
• Experience with Vietnamese construction law and FIDIC/ENAA or multilateral-bank contracts preferred.
