Education Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Consultant . This role is ideal for an educator with a strong background in Chineseeducation who is passionate about empowering children with diverse learningneeds.

As an Education Consultant, you will:

• Lead Chinese programmes for children aged 8–16 years old across a range of learning profiles.
• Apply specialised teaching strategies in Chinese Language to support academic growth.
• Conduct intake screenings and design Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s needs.
• Design and implement a curriculum aligned with the Singapore MOE Syllabus , adapted to suit children with different learning needs.
• Deliver engaging lessons, monitor progress, and evaluategoals to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Generate detailed performance reports for parents and stakeholders.
• Manage small group classes using positive behaviour support strategies.
• Collaborate with families and schools to ensure skills aregeneralised across settings.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience teaching Chinese at the [Primary / Secondary] level.
• Proven expertise in specialised instructional strategies for Chinese Language.
• Strong ability to work with children across a range of developmental and learning needs.
• Experience in designing and implementing IEPs and conducting progress evaluations.
• Skilled in curriculum development aligned with the Singapore MOE Syllabus.
• Effective classroom management skills, particularly with children who present behavioural challenges.
• Experience in managing student's cases in partnership with Family and School Collaboration
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching children.
