Job Responsibilities
- Prospect new project leads through customer inquiries and platforms like BCI Asia and Gebiz .
- Conduct site visits to check project signage and gather information.
- Cold call developers, architects, consultants, and contractors to schedule meetings.
- Meet with stakeholders (architects, consultants, developers, and owners) to discuss project proposals.
- Prepare proposals including product specs, budgetary costs, and mock-ups for approval.
- Attend tender interviews for main contractors and shortlisted subcontractors.
- Manage and update project leads and client data in the CRM system.
- Analyze market trends and competitor product specifications in the waterproofing admixture industry.
- Monitor market share for strategic planning.
- Follow up on projects during pre-tender and tender stages, providing timely feedback and coordination.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Diploma or higher in any discipline.
- Possess Class 3 Driving License with own transport ( company transport option available ).
