Lazzoro Jewelry House is seeking a polished, detail-oriented Shop Assistant / Jewelry Sales Associate to join our boutique team in Yerevan, Armenia. Founded in 1998 by the Mkhitaryan family, Lazzoro is a contemporary jewelry house that blends rich family traditions with timeless artistry, crafting high-end pieces meant to celebrate life's most meaningful moments. As the face of our luxury showroom, you will deliver a world-class customer service experience that aligns with our brand’s commitment to elegance, quiet luxury, and craftsmanship.

Welcome boutique guests with high professionalism. Guide them through our collections, helping them select pieces that match their personal stories.

Effectively convey Lazzoro's values, design philosophy, and artistic craftsmanship.

Assure all pieces are safely handled and flawlessly presented.

Managing sales (handling cash register and payment terminals)․

Build lasting relationships with local and international clients, managing follow-ups for special occasions, bespoke orders, and private viewings.

Excellent communication, a warm demeanor, and a strong sense of personal presentation.

High trustworthiness, strict attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset. 

Fluency in Armenian is required; proficiency in English and Russian is highly preferred to serve our diverse international clientele.

Experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or fine jewelry sales is a major asset but not strictly mandatory.
