Fashion Merchandiser

Job Description

1. Act as the main liaison between the production team, vendors, and warehouse
2. Handle sourcing activities and manage vendor relationships
3. Oversee end-to-end procurement processes
4. Ensure production timelines and stock availability are aligned with launch schedules
5. Coordinate fulfillment planning with warehouse partners
6. Monitor inventory flow to support smooth product availability
7. Support reporting, cost control, and efficiency across the supply chain

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, Fashion, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, merchandising, or production.
3. Previous experience in the fashion or garment industry is a strong advantage.
4. Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills with both vendors and internal teams.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsive to production timelines and stock availability
