Who we are Laudert is Europe's most effective partner for holistic product communication. Since 1959, we have grown from a business in Vreden, Germany, into an international team of around 450 employees, working across locations in Germany and Asia, including our Media Production team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We support more than 100 renowned brands, manufacturers and retailers across Europe by combining consulting, content, technology and channel expertise under one roof. In Vietnam, our Media Production team plays a key role in delivering this: creating high-end image retouching, creative composing and print-ready page production for clients across fashion, retail, industrial goods and other sectors.

Working time & location

  • Late shift: 14:15–22:00 (Mon–Fri) and 09:00–14:00 (Sat)
  • Office: Floor 6, 92 Yen The Street, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Your responsibilities:

  • You will take briefed images and turn them into polished, production-ready assets, working closely with colleagues across all Laudert locations.
  • Retouch and edit images at a complex, high-end level, including detailed composites and creative image generation, with a focus on advanced work rather than routine basic retouching
  • Edit images in the context of layout and page design
  • Create print-ready files, such as PDFs, that meet exact briefing specifications
  • Work within automated and dynamic workflows for page-based production
  • Read briefings carefully and carry out work precisely, using the defined workflows and systems
  • Check your own result’ quality against the briefing and correct issues before handoff
  • Raise questions, risks or timing concerns proactively with your Team Lead
  • Support colleagues where needed, so the team meets its quality and delivery targets together
  • You will be responsible for the quality of the work you deliver, supported by a structured team and clear processes.

Must-have:

  • Strong, hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and InDesign
  • Confidence communicating in English for daily work, both spoken and written
  • A reliable eye for color, light, shading and composition
  • A structured way of working, including careful file management, accurate reading of briefings, and thorough checking of your own output
  • A genuine quality mindset, with a preference for raising issues rather than letting them pass
  • The ability to give and receive feedback on quality in a calm, objective and professional manner
  • Comfort working in an international and multicultural team environment
  • Willingness to learn new tools or workflows as production evolves

Good to know (nice-to-have):

  • Experience with Illustrator, Figma, or other Creative Cloud applications
  • Practical experience with agentic or generative AI tools for content production, or strong interest in learning them
  • Solid understanding of media production workflows and delivery or output standards
  • An affinity for layout, art direction or graphic design beyond retouching
  • Familiarity with common media production vocabulary
  • A practical basic understanding of the relationship between quality, time and cost on a project

If you meet the must-have requirements and are motivated to grow into the rest, we encourage you to apply.
