Tutor Bahasa Inggris (Medan)

Requirement:

1. Currently residing in or around the Language Center Medan branches
2. Available to teach during the holiday period (December 21st – January 9th)
3. Capable of teaching offline classes
4. Having at least 6 months of English teaching experience
5. Able to create engaging lesson plans and teaching media
6. Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
7. Disciplined, diligent, adaptive, and highly motivated

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate a solid command of English pedagogy (Speaking, Grammar, and Pronunciation).
2. Deliver engaging, high-energy lessons with a fun and charismatic teaching style.
3. Conduct and document weekly assessments to effectively track and report student progress.
4. Maintain seamless, approachable peer-to-peer communication with students.
5. Ensure all students consistently reach their learning milestones.
