WE ARE HIRING COOK (Daily Worker) at La Boutique Lux’s Villas – Seminyak, Bali We are looking for a passionate, disciplined, and quality-driven Cook to join our team and deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to company recipes and quality standards
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Perform daily food preparation (mise en place) efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area following hygiene and sanitation standards
- Control ingredient usage to minimize waste
- Ensure proper food storage according to food safety standards
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service
- Support menu development when required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as Cook in hotel, villa, café, or restaurant
- Understanding of basic Food Safety & Hygiene Standards
- Able to prepare Indonesian and Western cuisine (breakfast experience is a plus)
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Fast, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
- Willing to work in shifts
- Bali-based candidates are preferred
- Available to join immediately
