Sales Order Management Specialist

Verify order accuracy, pricing, discounts, payment terms, and contract conditions.

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and other relevant departments to resolve order-related issues.

Monitor and track order status and proactively communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure accurate and timely order entry and maintenance in Odoo ERP .

Maintain accurate and up-to-date order records and documentation.

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline order management workflows.

Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities related to sales orders and order data.

Ensure compliance with approved sales policies, pricing structures, and commercial terms.

Prepare and maintain relevant reports and analysis related to sales orders and order fulfillment.

3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Sales Administration, or a similar role.

Strong practical experience with Odoo ERP , particularly in Sales/Order Management.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment .

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a plus.

Experience in a manufacturing, chemicals, pesticides, or FMCG environment is an advantage.
