Finance Accounting Tax

Job Description:

• Manage daily accounting operations (AR, AP, journal entries, bank reconciliation)
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Ensure full tax compliance (PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2), VAT/PPN)
• Monitor inventory valuation, COGS, and margin performance
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants when required
• Strengthen internal controls and financial SOPs
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the Founder

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax (retail/FMCG/e-commerce preferred)
• Strong in budgeting, financial analysis, and tax compliance
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Independent, detail-oriented, and business-minded
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing and agile environment
