Tender Estimator (Grp C2)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee tender administration and document control for M&E projects.

Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare comprehensive cost estimations.

Manage the RFQ process, including sourcing, liaising with suppliers, and analyzing quotations.

Compile and coordinate the final submission of all tender documents.

Collaborate with the project team and participate in site visits for continuous learning.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

1-3 years of relevant experience in a tendering or quantity surveying role, preferably within the M&E construction industry.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings (Single-Line Diagrams, Schematics, etc.).

Strong proficiency in MS Excel is essential for costing, quantity take-offs, and data analysis.

Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

A proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
