Job Summary

As a Department Manager, you will lead and develop the team responsible for electronic design and embedded software developments. This role will be responsible for providing technical leadership, driving team growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of multidisciplinary engineering projects.

You will work closely with project teams and provide technical direction and support throughout development. The role combines combine strong expertise in electronic design and embedded software development with proven experience in people management, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration As a key member of the engineering department, you will help shape the future structure, processes, and technical direction of the hardware and embedded systems team.
