To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Commercial Manager -a professional who can successfully integrate marketing, brand development, and commercial performance, thereby directly contributing to the continued growth of both Koonings and Kasteel Oost.

This is a role for someone who understands marketing strategy, thinks commercially, and drives growth in a results-oriented manner.

About this position

As Commercial Manager, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and achieving the marketing and commercial objectives of Koonings and Kasteel Oost. You will ensure that brand positioning, campaigns, online marketing, communications, and sales activities contribute optimally to revenue growth, lead generation, conversion, and customer experience.

You are responsible for achieving commercial KPIs related to revenue, profitability, conversion rates, occupancy rates, and marketing budgets. You serve as the link between marketing, sales, hospitality, events, and retail, and ensure that all departments contribute to shared commercial goals.
