COMPANY NURSE

The Project Site Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive occupational health and emergency medical services to all personnel within the construction project. The nurse provides first aid and medical assessment, maintains health records, monitors occupational health conditions, manages the site clinic and medical supplies, supports emergency preparedness, and coordinates with the Safety Officer and project management to promote a safe and healthy workplace.

Qualifications/Requirements: BS-Nursing graduate Valid Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification; advanced emergency-response training is an advantage. Training in Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) is highly desirable. A BOSH/Basic Occupational Safety and Health course or equivalent construction-site safety training is often preferred. Experience in occupational health, emergency nursing, clinic nursing, or construction-site healthcare is an advantage. Knowledge of DOLE occupational safety and health requirements, particularly those applicable to construction projects. Ability to assess injuries and illnesses and provide appropriate first aid and emergency care. Good communication, documentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Physically and mentally capable of working in a construction-site environment, including outdoor, dusty, noisy, and potentially hazardous areas. Willingness to work on a project-based schedule, including extended hours or shifts when required.
