Shortlet Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire properties suitable for short-term rental in strategic locations.

Negotiate lease, management, or partnership agreements with property owners and agents

Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and due diligence on prospective properties.

Maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate professionals

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure acquired properties meet brand and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Monitor occupancy, profitability, and performance of acquired units.

Provide regular reports and recommendations on market trends, opportunities, and risks.

Requirements:

A minimum of an HND

Excellent communication & networking.

Ability to work independently and meet acquisition targets.

Shortlet/real estate experience is an added advantage

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Market awareness and strategic thinking

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number of properties successfully acquired within set timeframes.

Occupancy rates and revenue growth of acquired shortlets.

Cost-effectiveness and profitability of lease/management agreements.

Contribution to expansion of the company’s property portfolio.

Location: Lagos (Mainland, Island)

Remuneration: NGN  150,000 - 300,000 Monthly
