Finance, Accounting, & Tax

We are looking for a dedicated FAT (Finance, Accounting & Tax) Staff to join our client, growing beauty company.

Job Description:

• Manage daily cash operations, track cash flow in and out, and handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform accurate daily bookkeeping through the full accounting cycle.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of transactions from various e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.) against funds received in company bank accounts.
• Prepare periodic financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
• Calculate, withhold, pay, and report corporate tax obligations, specifically PPh (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final, etc.) and PPN (e-Faktur) accurately and on time.
• Maintain and organize financial and tax documentation neatly for auditing purposes.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in FAT (Finance, Accounting & Tax).
• Prior experience handling retail, FMCG, or beauty companies (skincare, makeup, etc.) whose products are sold through e-commerce platforms.
• Strong mastery of full-cycle accounting and independent financial statement preparation.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and hands-on proficiency in PPh and PPN administration using tax applications (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-Billing).
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• High attention to detail, strong integrity, meticulous with numbers, and able to adapt smoothly from owner-led recordkeeping to structured processes.
• Willing to work at Green Lake City Tangerang (WFO Mon - Fri, 08.00 - 17.00)
