Job Desc

• Lead end to end product development projects from initiation to completion
• Conduct market research about the market size, competitor, and positioning of the product
• Handling for sample product test and product specification
• Collaborate cross-functionally (RND, Production team, Marketing, Graphic Designer) and with external partners to ensure timely executive of product ideas.
• Responsible to make a packaging for each products, from prototype to final sample
• Ensuring projects to stick to timelines, plans, and objectives
• Ensuring product quality to meet our standard.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development / Project Management
• Must be able to speak English! (Mandarin is plus point)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive mindset for creative idea and solutions
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills for identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and deadlines
• Full knowledge about the product that you are going to develop

Details of the workspace Location : Kalideres, Jakarta Barat Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 WIB Full WFO
