Construction Site Manager

Job Description Coordinate and oversee construction site from conception to completion Review contract documentation and material procurement to ensure compliance Manage manpower arrangements and site deployment Communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success Monitor site progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion Prepare and submit site status reports to management and other stakeholders Resolve any site-related issues or conflicts that may arise Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure project success Requirements Proven experience as a construction site manager or similar role In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities Excellent problem-solving ability A team player with leadership skills
