As we expand our international business, we are looking for a dynamic, confident and professionally presentable Singaporean to join our team as an International Business Development & Marketing Executive / Manager.
This is an international client-facing position involving regular interaction with overseas customers, business partners, senior executives and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and identify new international business opportunities and potential markets
- Accompany management on overseas business trips, customer meetings and project discussions
- Represent Knoxtech at international exhibitions, conferences and business networking events
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, immigration authorities, customers and international business partners
- Prepare and confidently deliver company, product and solution presentations
- Develop a strong understanding of Knoxtech's border-control, biometric and identity-management technologies
- Understand customer requirements and work with our technical team to propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, tenders and commercial presentations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Follow up on potential business leads and international opportunities
- Support management in commercial discussions and negotiations
- Assist in strengthening Knoxtech's international branding and market presence

- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of customers and groups
- Confident interacting with senior executives, government officials, immigration authorities and international customers
- Mature, approachable and culturally sensitive when dealing with people from different countries
- Strong business etiquette and ability to represent the company professionally
- Energetic and comfortable attending business meetings, exhibitions, networking events and formal functions
- Strong interest in IT and technology
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn technical products and solutions
- Independent, resourceful, responsible and commercially minded
- Willing and able to undertake frequent international business travel
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or a related discipline
- Preferably 2–5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in international business development, technology sales, IT solutions, biometrics, security technology or government-related projects will be an advantage
- Additional language capabilities will be an advantage
- Singapore Citizens only
Direct experience in border-control or biometric technology is not compulsory. Candidates with strong communication skills, professional presence, commercial aptitude and the ability to understand technology quickly are encouraged to apply.
